Rodgers, Perfilio, Heiman and Sewinsky, PC. is one of the oldest and most established law firms in Mercer County. Their offices are located on historic Vine Avenue in Sharon, PA. Benjamin H. Marks hung out his shingle in the1920's, launching the practice that has evolved today into the Law Firm of Rodgers, Perfilio, Heiman and Sewinsky. Over the years, members of the firm have served the community in many capacities including Law Clerks, County Solicitor, Common Pleas Judge, and even a two term Congressman representing Mercer, Crawford, and Erie counties.
